These terms govern your use of San Marino Water Damage services for water damage restoration. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws.
Scope of Services
San Marino Water Damage provides water extraction, drying, mold assessment, sanitation, repair, and related remediation services. Services are performed in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations to restore safety and structural integrity to your property.
Scheduling and Availability
Service requests are scheduled based on urgency, crew availability, and weather or access constraints. We strive for prompt response to emergencies, with clear timing and a written estimate before work begins.
Estimates and Fees
Estimates reflect anticipated labor, equipment, materials, and disposal costs. Final charges may vary if scope changes occur due to unforeseen structural issues. Any adjustments will be communicated in writing before proceeding.
Insurance and Claims
We assist with insurance coordination and provide documentation needed for claims. You authorize sharing of necessary information with insurers for accurate assessment and coverage determinations related to water damage remediation.
Access and Property Protection
You agree to provide safe access to the affected areas and to protect personal belongings as reasonably possible. Our team will install containment and minimize disruption while performing restoration tasks.
Warranties and Limitations
Warranties cover workmanship for a defined period after completion. Warranties do not cover damage caused by subsequent events, improper maintenance, or misuse. Specific warranty terms are provided in the project contract.
Liability
San Marino Water Damage maintains liability coverage for damages arising from our negligence during restoration. Our liability is limited to the scope of work described in the contract, and does not extend beyond that scope.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes related to services will be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation or permitted by applicable law within the jurisdiction of the service location.
Compliance and Safety
We follow safety protocols for water extraction, mold prevention, and electrical hazards. Our technicians are trained to minimize risks to occupants while delivering effective remediation and restoration.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement for material breach or safety concerns. Upon termination, any work in progress will be halted, and applicable charges for completed services will be invoiced.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where the service is performed. Any legal action arising from our services shall be filed in the appropriate court within that jurisdiction.
